Edsel's was born from a simple conviction: the best gatherings happen when the coffee is honest, the drinks are crafted with care, and nobody's keeping track of the clock. We opened our doors on South Meridian Avenue to give Oklahoma City a neighborhood spot that doesn't take itself too seriously — but takes its ingredients seriously.
